Refunds & Returns

To purchase a puppy, you must pay a non-refundable deposit fee. If the puppy is returned for any reason after purchasing, you will receive a 50% refund of the price of the puppy.
What payment options do you have?

We do not have shipping available. When purchasing a puppy, you will come collect your puppy in person.
Where are we located?

We are located in Sydney, NSW.
Do the puppies come desexed?

No, the puppies do not come desexed.
Do we get a copy of the DNA?

No, due to privacy reasons we can not supply you with a copy of the DNA. We can supply sightings of the DNA when picking up the puppy.
What does each puppy come with?

Each puppy will be microchipped, wormed to date, vaccinated to date, health checked and will come with a health guarantee. You will also receive 12 months free pet insurance with our corresponding insurance company.
